Agies is built on a simple principle: your data stays in your network. This site follows the same spirit. This policy explains exactly what our contact form collects, why, and how long we keep it. If anything here is unclear, reach out and we'll explain.
What the contact form collects
When you submit the contact form, we receive only the fields you provide:
- Name — so we know who we're talking to.
- Work email — so we can reply.
- Company and company size (optional) — to tailor the walkthrough.
- Interest — whether you want a demo, help connecting your environment, or have a general question.
- Message (optional) — anything you'd like us to know.
- Consent — a record that you agreed to be contacted about Agies.
For spam prevention and abuse triage, our backend also records the time of submission, the page you submitted from, and the request's IP address and user-agent. We do not use tracking pixels or third-party advertising cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry — typically within one business day.
- To send you a confirmation that your message was received.
- To prevent spam and abuse of the form.
We do not sell, rent, or share your details with third parties for their own marketing.
How it's handled
The form posts to a serverless endpoint that emails your enquiry to our team and sends you an auto-reply. In this version there is no marketing database and no CRM sync — your submission lives in email. Transport is encrypted over HTTPS.
Retention
We keep contact enquiries in our email only as long as needed to follow up and maintain our business records. You can ask us to delete your details at any time by emailing us; we'll confirm once it's done.
Analytics
If analytics are enabled on this site, they are privacy-friendly and cookieless — aggregate counts of page views and CTA clicks with no personal profiles and no cross-site tracking. That is why you won't see a cookie banner.
Your choices
- You can decline to fill optional fields.
- You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your details.
- You can withdraw consent to be contacted at any time.
